Welcome to DouBle B’s CFB Picks 2015 CFP Title Game Edition.

The 2014/15 College Football season started on August 27th with Georgia State‘s first win as an FBS school, a 38-37 win over Abilene Christian. But thank fuck there were a lot more games after that with teams that had a lot more than just one win in its program history. And now theres only one left, the College Football Playoff Title Game matching up #2 Oregon and #4 Ohio State.

I’m gonna make this pretty quick cause’ the game will be starting here shortly, so here goes…

DouBle B’s CFB Picks 2014 – Championship Week Edition

Cream of the Crop…

Welcome to DouBle B’s CFB Picks 2014 Championship Week Edition. We’ve got four conference championship that all have a huge impact on the College Football Playoff chase, a couple Big 12 matchups, inlcuding Kansas State vs Baylor, which also could throw some complications into the mix. There’s also the Mountain West Championship (which impacts jack squat).

This might remind you why tonight’s Pac-12 Championship between Oregon and Arizona means a lot to both schools (but let’s face it, especially Oregon)

By the way, this is gonna be fast, I’ve got a busy shift coming up tonight and need to get ready. Last week I went 18-6, you can read those picks here and here, now, on to the Championship Week picks.

DouBle B’s CFB Picks 2014 – Week 6: Thursday / Friday Edition (With Week 5 Recap)

Weeeeeeeeeek 6!…

Welcome to DouBle B’s CFB Picks 2014 Week 6 Edition.

It’s rush mode again as I’ve got an hour before I leave to work. So here goes!

Week 5 Recap (with last week’s rank in parenthesis):

By my count I went 15-4 in week 5. You can read those predictions HERE and HERE.

Well, my Huskies couldn’t pull off the upset last week, as (16) Stanford‘s defense lived up to the billing in a great back and forth matchup (final was 20-13), but I had a fantastic view of the action. Thank you to my gracious hosts who I will not name here!

Didn’t call the Mizzou upset over (13) South Carolina either.

Nor the Cougs impressive comeback win over a previously undefeated Utah Utes squad.

Tried to call an inter-state upset by Cincy, but (22) Ohio State blew em out 50-28.

Time to make some picks.:

DouBle B’s CFB Picks 2014 – Week 3: Weekend Edition

Thursday Friday CFB Picks went 2-0, lets see how I do on the weekend…

Who’s ready for another (semi) thrilling week of College Football? The reason for the (semi) is that by my count its the third straight week we’re not seeing too many great matchups on paper. Welllllll…

Week 2 Analysis:

(Last week rank in parenthesis)

The Big Ten SUCKED. Big time.

(7) Michigan State had an opportunity to make a gigantic statement against (3) Oregon, and they did. Well, maybe not gigantic, but the Spartans surely did make a statement: that maybe they’re just not good enough to be included amongst the four teams in the College Football Playoff. Maybe.

Or maybe Oregon is really that good. They’ll be tested for a couple times, but GD I would love to see a Pac-12 title game of undefeated Oregon and (14) USC squads. Speaking of the Trojans, they pulled out a 13-10 dub against (13) Stanford in very dramatic fashion. I can’t hate Coach Sark for going back there. I love the Trojans.

Back to my point that the Big Ten sucked:

Michigan got shut out for the first time since 1984, 31-0, against (16) Notre Dame no less. Boo.

(8) Ohio State got handled by unranked Virginia Tech 35-21. I think it coulda happened even with Braxton Miller.

(19) Nebraska barely escaped McNeese State, but there was a fantastic game winning td by Ameer Abdullah.

Anyways, I need to get these picks done. But first, check out some high school highlights from a current true freshman who might just be the next great college (and future NFL) receiver, Baylor’s KD Cannon, who I had another big game tonight in a 63-21 Bears victory over Buffalo. His totals through three games: 13 catches,  453 yards, and 5 touchdowns.

Click the link below the video to see my picks for Week 3.

I don’t know how I did in Week 1, but you should research that for me.
