#3 Clemson over Boston College
Clemson vs Louisville lived up to absolutely all of the hype. Both Lamar Jackson and Deshaun Watson were spectacular, especially in the second half. The Tigers were rewarded for the big win by moving up a couple spots to #3 in the polls.

#5 Clemson at Georgia Tech
Apparently this series has had some fantastic games to watch since 2000:
One who sees only rankings might assume this is a warmup for the #5 Tigers, as they look ahead to what could be seen as an elimination battle against third-ranked Louisville next week.
But I doubt seriously doubt they’re thinking the same way.

Pretenders will be exposed tomorrow, Playoff hopes, which have stuck with these teams this long, will be dashed. But Champions will still be made…at least Conference Champions. Lets see who I like with my CFB Picks this week.
Lets get right to it, shall we?

#12 Baylor over Texas
Line: BAY -20.5
Looks like the Big 12 will get solid representation with a white hot Oklahoma squad, buuuuut I would have liked to see them earn it via a league championship game. Still love this Baylor squad, but just take at this injury list (via statfox.com), it’s full of big time cogs:
Doesn’t mean they won’t thump Texas, but once again I find myself saying “Oh what could have been.”

Another elimination round awaits us…
Welcome to DouBle B’s CFB Picks 2014 Week 11 Edition, lets start out with…
Week 10 Recap (with last week’s rank in parenthesis):
By my count I went 14-4 last week, you can see those picks HERE and HERE.
As far as shockers go, who the hell called Florida over (11) Georgia? The Bulldogs had looked fantastic in Todd Gurley‘s absence, and the Gators pretty well sucked all season. Yyyyeah I didn’t pick that one.
I also went with my instincts in the Oklahoma State vs (9) Kansas State matchup. Didn’t work out for me: 48-14 KSU.
Utah couldn’t quite pull off the “upset” against Arizona State, losing 19-16 in overtime, but ASU’s win does set up a battle of 7-1 teams against Notre Dame on Saturday.
East Carolina also shit the bed against Temple, the first ranked upset since ’98 for the Owls. Good for them.

Yesterday I gave you my Friday CFB picks, today its the rest of the weekend’s top 25 action…
Welcome to the Friday and Saturday editions of College Football Picks, Week 1. I’m actually very short on time tonight and will be busy at my new job tomorrow, so Im gonna post the Saturday editions rapid fire style. Next week I’m planning on running the fully, but I can’t promise anything as I’m still in training at said new job.
In the meantime, check out this pretty sweet video I just found of last year’s Heisman winner Jameis Winston‘s college debut against Pitt last season. It even has video of the fabled spring game where he was so good the presumed starting quarterback left the school four days later.
Click the link below the video to see my pick for Friday’s game between Michigan State and Jacksonville State.
