Neill Blomkamp’s Chappie Trailer Is Alive

I am consciousness.
I am alive.
I am Chappie.

Chappie-Trailer-1

I’ve been very busy today. Worked 4.5 hours at the hotel. Twitched about an hour of NBA 2K15, and watched about four episodes of Fargo (review coming soon, I have only two left now). So…to you (and I completely understand your feelings on this) these things added together may not seem like a busy day. But to me, in the right light, it can be seen as a very busy day. Then again lets just go ahead and say I’ve been too lazy (and apparently addicted to Fargo) to post anything on the site until now, roughly 11:45pm.

Shoot, I was gonna skip it all together and focus on tomorrows return of the Wednesday Video Dump, but then I read that theres a trailer out for a new film by Neill Blomkamp, and I thought “this is a great fucking reason for me to get my ass of the couch and into my office chair” and get a post up. For those of you who don’t know who Neill Blomkamp is, he’s the director of two of the better sci-fi films of the past decade, District 9 (2009) and Elysium (2013). If you’re even mildly a fan of sci-fi you should check em out.

Anyhow, I need to get back to Fargo. Blomkamp’s next release is called Chappie, and it involves a robot who is “programmed with artificial intelligence to think and feel for himself“. The cast is badass, with Sharlto Copley, Hugh Jackman, Sigourney Weaver, and even Yo-Landi Vi$$er and Ninja from Die Antwoord.

Fuck yeah.

The Archer Season 6 Teaser Rocks Ram Jam

She’s so rock steady (bam-ba-lam)
And she’s always ready (bam-ba-lam)…

Archer-Season-6-Teaser

If I were to try and make a list of my favorite animated shows of all-time, Archer might top it. FX‘s hit series returns in January for its sixth season, and Entertainment Weekly has an exclusive teaser that has the team of spies getting called back to work, all set to Ram Jam‘s Black Betty. As of now I can’t put it on the site, but I’ll update this post with it at some point.

But for now YOU CAN WATCH THE ARCHER SEASON 6 TEASER HERE.

But I’m not gonna leave you totally hangin’. For those of you who didn’t see Archer’s season five teaser, which spoofs Top Gun (for obvious reasons if you’ve seen the show), here you go:

Its most definitely bedtime here. I’ve had an extremely busy day and was ready to pass out hours ago, but I like to post at least one item per day. So here you go. Look out for us playing a lot of NBA 2K15 and Sunset Overdrive on Twitch tomorrow.

Paul Reubens aka Pee-wee Herman showed up on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and did a voice-over job on the badass new Avengers: Age of Ultron trailer, and here it is:

Avengers: Age of Ultron Teaser is Here a Week Early (+Gallery)

May 1st seems like an eternity…

Avengers-Age-of-Ultron-Teaser-9

Welp…I was gonna wait until next week, when the “official”Avengers: Age of Ultron Teaser was supposed to hit. It was supposed to air during Agents of Shield episode. See, I like official copies from YouTube if I can get em. The quality is usually the best you can get and I don’t like putting non hd shit up on the site you feel me? Anyways…

Then at some point this afternoon the trailer got leaked. It wasn’t the best copy in the world, but it was good enough (understatement). It has Ultron looking menacing as hell, The Hulkbuster (pictured above) being put to use against The Hulk, and…just general rad shit.

Then Marvel Entertainment said fuck it and put out this ABSOLUTE BEAUTY of an official copy, and I had to post it. Marvel blamed Hydra for the leak:

Agents of Shield just lost an insane amount of viewers. Episode doesn’t air for six more days, everybody will have seen it by then.

Check out the gallery by clicking on the pic below the trailer!
